Warranty Policy

  • Product-Specific Coverage: Because we carry a variety of products, warranty periods vary. Please check the Product Description page of each item for its specific warranty duration.

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

  • What’s Not Covered: Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

  • Condition for Claims: To claim a warranty, you must preserve the original product packaging box and invoice. * Physical Condition: Warranty is only applicable if the item is in good physical condition.

  • Complete Packaging: We cannot entertain complaints regarding missing box contents (cables, manuals, or accessories) once the package has been accepted and the unboxing is complete.

  • Claiming Warranty: To start a claim, contact us with your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The Unboxing Rule (Critical): If you find the product to be different, defective, or physically broken upon opening the packaging, we cannot accept a return or exchange without a full, unedited unboxing video. * The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the seal.

  • Quality & Subjective Returns: Please note that product quality is determined by the manufacturer. We do not accept returns based on "change of mind" or personal dissatisfaction with a product's build or performance once the seal is broken. We encourage you to check reviews online or ask us questions before purchasing.

  • Original Condition: All tags, manuals, and original accessories must be included.

  • Original Invoice Required: The original physical invoice must be included with every return request.

  • Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for the delivery charge for returning an item.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for valid returns (items meeting the "Untouched/Sealed" criteria) or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item at our hub, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to inspect the product and verify the packaging/seal condition. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash or Bank) within 3-12 working days.

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
